There are thousands of REGULAR ENGLISH VERBS. This is a list of 600 of the more common regular verbs. Note that there are some spelling variations between English and American English. Just add “ed” or “d” to the end (“ied” if the base ends with a consonant and a “y”) and double “b”, “d”, “g”, “m”, “n”, “p”, “r” and “t” after a short, single vowel sound.
